How much does the service cost?
Nothing. The providers pay us once the contract is active; your price is the same or better than going to them directly.
How far in advance should I ask?
Ideally 2 to 3 weeks before. With less time we still help — we tell you straight away what can be ready on the day.
What if the new home already has a contract?
We check whether it is worth keeping it, changing the holder or switching provider, and we handle whatever is best.
Tenant or buyer, is it the same?
Yes. We only ask for the documents each provider requires and tell you which ones before going ahead.
